The Youth Food Project

The Youth Food Project is a food workforce and entrepreneurship training program for Oakland young people.

YouthFoodProject

The training program prepares youth in ServSafe certification, knife skills, food justice and food entrepreneurship. Participants receive job readiness skills, access to college course credits and are guaranteed employment at a local food business or restaurant for 6 months.
